Jessica is a senior Instructor at J Pilates. Classes with Jessica are as unique and wonderful as she is. If you’re needing a challenging workout with a dose of kindness and laughter, she’s your go-to-gal. Her passion lies in helping clients move and strengthen from the inside out, with an emphasis on correct alignment. Her background in Yoga gives her a unique teaching style that has often been described by clients as methodical, purposeful, with a focus on body awareness. Even with over 10 years of teaching experience, Jessica continues to enjoy attending training to expand her knowledge and provide the best experience for her clients. Her attention to detail is appreciated by all who attend her classes or private lessons. Jessica is a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, working on her 500 Hour certification, and a Stress Management Specialist. She holds certifications from J Pilates in all Pilates & Fitness programs, American Barre Technique, AFAA in Practical Pilates and Group Fitness, Balanced Body, TRX, and Myofascial Release, Anatomy, Mental Health, and Women’s Health from Yoga Medicine. When she’s not teaching, she enjoys traveling, art, a good meal and cocktail, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
