Studio Rules & Polices

Studio Etiquette

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to stretch and move freely.
  • Sticky socks are required for all classes and private sessions for safety and sanitation. They are available for rent or purchase.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes before class begins.
  • Failure to arrive before class begins could result in losing your spot in class.

Reservations Policy

To ensure you can attend the class of your choice, book your spot as early as possible. Our small class environment has limited spots available. If a class is full, you can join the waitlist to be notified if a spot opens up.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 4 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations within a 4 hour window will be handled as follows:

  • If you have a class package or a walk-in pass, you will lose a class from your package or pass.
  • If you have an unlimited package, you are charged a $10 late cancellation fee. 

Refund Policy

All fitness purchases are final. Refunds or exchanges are not available. Boutique purchases can be returned in their original condition within 14 days of purchase. Clearance items are final sales with no refunds or exchanges.
