Tone the entire body by elongating muscles, building core strength, and enhancing coordination and body control. Perform classic Pilates movements on the Pilates Reformer and Pilates equipment in the J Pilates Style.
Appropriate and safe for all levels.
Get the ultimate results by using a variety of equipment to diversify your workout. Perform exercises on the Pilates Reformer, Tower, Chair, and Jump Board. Use hand weights, body bars, resistance bands, and more. The instructor has the flexibility to change the equipment you use each time you step foot into the studio.
Use the Pilates Reformer and Tower to rehabilitate and rejuvenate your muscles and mind by stretching and breathing. You will spend a few minutes in each pose to reap the benefits from the inside out.

30 minute classes tend to be a little faster paced as we transition a little quicker to get all of the work in. During a 50 minute class, there is more time for stretching and transitions between exercises. Both classes durations will give you a full body workout leaving you refreshed and engaged.

When booking yourself for class, you may notice these terms for scheduled classes. ‘Book’ means there is a spot open, go ahead and grab it! ‘Waitlist’ means the class is currently full, but a spot could open is another client cancels. We encourage you to put yourself on the waitlist – you will be contacted by text or email is a spot becomes available. If you are waitlisted and a spot does not open, you do not lose a class pass. ‘Call’ indicates that it may be too close to class beginning to register. Book your spot in advance to be sure you can attend on time!
We have a 4 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations within a 4 hour window will be handled as follows:
If you have a class package or a walk-in pass, you will lose a class from your package or pass.
If you have an unlimited package, you are charged a $10 late cancellation fee.
While the boutique is open Monday-Friday from 10am – 2pm, class times may change. You can find the most up-to-date schedule on the Schedule page, or in the MindBody app.
Outside of boutique hours, the studio is locked 5 minutes after classes have started. If you are running late, contact your instructor.
