Lacey is thrilled to embark on a journey as a Pilates instructor, sharing my passion for fitness and mental well-being. Having experienced the transformative power of Pilates this past year since joining the J Pilates team. I am dedicated to helping others discover the incredible benefits it offers. Not only is Pilates a full-body workout but through my own experience I believe it helps with mental health as well.
Lacey has always been known as the cheerleader in the group and that is what you will find in her class. She is encouraging and inspires you to keep going and not give up. Knowing that everyone can reach their full potential both mentally and physically. She has been known to sing and maybe dance some in class.
Outside of the studio, you would find her, reading, knitting, running, cooking, or being with my family. I am also known to be attending classes when I can. I truly love Pilates and try and take classes as often as possible.
